A Man After Elohim's Heart

This young lady could hardly wait for the time to light our Menorah.  She asked this afternoon, she asked before supper and she worked hard trying to get supper cleaned up so we could gather around the table to light the candles.  Before the big ceremony we sat down and discussed why we are celebrating this day which is not one of the Father's Moedim.  All the girls could tell you about the importance of being a dedicated follower of the Father.  The feast of dedication has begun.

Psa 19:7  The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.
Psa 19:8  The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes.
Psa 19:9  The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether.
Psa 19:10  More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.
Psa 19:11  Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward.
Psa 19:12  Who can understand his errors? cleanse thou me from secret faults.
Psa 19:13  Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression.
Psa 19:14  Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.
Consider King David.  Scripture calls him a man after Elohim's own heart.  Why.  I would say it is because he loved the instructions given to him by the Father.  Look over the Psalms.  They are filled with love and praise for the Torah.  I think people today who say the Father's instructions are no longer valid because they have been done away with are missing something very important.  They are missing the very words of the Father to His set apart people.  Ps. 1:2,3    Ps. 119.  and more.
Here is another very good post on  re-dedication .

If it is truly your desire to be a man or woman after Elohim's heart I believe you must consider the Father's instructions, Torah to be a vital part of that life style
